We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days notice.
The App is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future. Existing free features will remain accessible to existing users for a reasonable transition period.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaky Fingers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
